3D Printing File
Submissions:
To submit a 3D file for print to the Digital Fabrication
Lab, we request the following:
1.
A filled out and printed consent form containing
personal information, name of file (which should be your name including
dimensions of file) and what dimensions you built your file in

Please do not fill in grey areas
2.
3D file MUST be exported as a .stl
(steroligraphy format) – the Digital Fabrication Lab will not export for you

Delivered via email or flashdrive
3.
It is recommended to drop off files and printed
consent forms in person to the lab during open hours to get a quote – emailing
file submissions may result in delays

3D Prints that file due to file errors, the Digital
Fabrication Lab is NOT responsible for.
The student MUST pay for their jobs regardless until it was a technical
error by the lab.
Submitting your files
to the Lab does not automatically put it on to the grow. An email will be sent to you regarding the
submission and the turnaround rate.
